The “Opioid Crisis” is not as it appears - The public has been misled by irresponsible actions. “Overdose Deaths Involving Any Opioid” is misleading information which has helped fuel the opioid crisis. There are numerous "opioids" used to provide pain relief. Hundreds of thousands of people responsibly use to them to obtain the best quality of life possible. There appear to be more than six different types of "fentanyl". They range from prescription pain medication to carfentanil (elephant fentanyl).

Legally prescribed opioid pain medications are a necessity for many to have some quality of life. In America approximately 126,000,000 adults live with some form of daily pain, that's about 1/3 the population. Looking at the number of people living with chronic pain and it clearly shows we are in a Chronic Pain Crisis.

Your body is able to get rid of a lot of toxins, it works very hard. But today our world is so filled with toxins in everything, our bodies can barely keep up. We have more processed foods, more chemical ingredients, genetically modified foods, toxins in the air, chemical cleaners, toxic body care items, and toxins in everyday household products. So a lot of these toxins will build up in the body over time.

Most conventional medical doctors are not very helpful when it comes to chronic illnesses. However, there are holistic treatments and alternative practitioners that fill in these gaps and gray areas. They also help with the explanation as to why more and more people are becoming chronically sick.

Finding a good doctor to help with chronic pain or a chronic illness is rather challenging. I read all the time about people with a chronic illness who are not only dissatisfied with their doctors, but are hurt and enraged with some of the horrible comments their doctors have made.

Are chronic illness (disease) labels helpful? Yes, but often times NO.
Our healthcare system is all about labeling illnesses based on symptoms. Once there is a label to go with the symptoms, then medicine can be prescribed. We are brainwashed to think that finding a label for a chronic illness is super important.

FEAR is what leaves us feeling stuck, it can control us and manipulate us if we let it. We might not even realize fear is in control. Thoughts in the back of our mind say things to us and we just listen automatically without hesitation.

It wasn’t till about 2.5 years ago that I realized relying entirely on one doctor’s advice or even multiple doctors was the complete wrong approach to health care, especially with something as complicated as a chronic illness.
